I want Mr Y as leader------probity,probity la la la .land
"Further to our telephone conversation I should like to confirm that after company X was sold in 2000 to Mr Y no annual accounts were filed with Companies Registry, xxxx. One Form 371 was filed in 2002 and a Form 296 was filed by Mr Y and the Company Secretary Mr Z. In February 2004 the Registry was informed that the company was going into liquidation. Unfortunately I regret to inform you that Companies Registry did not persue the company for annual accounts or annual returns during the period 2000 - 2004. I am sorry I could not be of more help. Regards MISS A Companies Registry |

michael mcgough: We all comprehend the statement as literally explained; what is the tendentious message that you are endeavouring to convey? Without such help your efforts are in vain.
Much of the revenue raised by the Ashford Call Centre was notional capital. For what goods and services we received is not very apparent. Much involved advertising, printing and rent. The money transferred to Ashford Employment Ltd, by contrast, was actual, real, and substantial. Have you made similar inquiries to ensure that all was well on that occasion. Are there any national bank statement still being sent to private addresses? You must find these things so distressing, should that be the case, Mr McGough. I believe that a forensic audit could help UKIP to discover the real truth. Have, for example, people of unconventional trading practices ever been involve in UKIP's financial affairs. You make accounting seem such an exciting profession; you must be very clever. Please continue to inform us of all you know. It could result in visits from governmernt agencies; I understand that they are avid readers of this forum. |

"you must be very clever."
Sadly Mr Collier I am but a fool compared to you. I must advise that the message I wish to convey is that one Government agency failed to do their job,BUT ---- there may be a reason for same.Perhaps another Government agency was involved---who knows? . |
