He is a superb speaker that is for sure, sadly he is not a superb leader. I have no agenda against Farage unlike so many on this forum and I wish he was a superb leader but he is not and should for the sake of our cause seek a way out of that position asap. I would, however, without question back him to continue as a MEP at the top of the South East list in 2009.

If the members want him to continue as an MEP so be it. But we need a new leader based in the UK who will not use his position to promote his friends and yesmen. We need to promote real talent in this party. We need people with a proven track record over a period of several years. We do not need carpetbaggers.

Star! I don't know what party you're supporting, that is your business! All I know is you're not a member of UKIP! How do I know? I know because no true UKIP member would continually attempt to rubbish his or her party leader here on a public forum!

Here is an interesting debate, held three months ago. UKIP's decline was predicted as a result of to much power concentrated in too few hands. Ah, the gift of prophecy!
