Is there a time limit on this kind of thing,regards employing/not employing Son and or Wife?

A newspaper writes an article,the article is said to be untrue or incorrect by a party who features in the article who then complains to said newspaper.

It can only be a matter of time how long this accuse/deny period goes on before the accused goes public and sues over the article.

Could a legal type like mrabody perhaps enlighten me/us regards time limits on responses after complaints are made like this?

Just for clarity,IMHO every day Nigel Farage's story on this subject goes unanswered by both sides could be seen as very damaging to UKIP regardless of who is in the right.

It needs to be sorted,we have important elections in 4 weeks time.

Who are you saying is a BNP supporter ? Certainly GLW isn`t he is always hacking into them,Prober -no evidence re him /her supporting them, ,me -no ,so who is giving them their support ?
