I agree. It is well worth a read. 'Ken' Fib-ingstone's well known lie about not getting rid of the popular Routemaster London buses is a particular disgrace.
I hope that UKIP will do everything possible to publicise this page of Mr. Batten's London Mayoral election 2008 website: kenslies |

I don't seem able get the 'Abolish the London Assembly' page (of Mr. Batten's London 2008 Mayoral Election website on the link in the first posting to this thread) to load

I think it is a pretty good website. London is a hard audience to play too, because it is so diverse.
Targeting Red Ken is the right strategy. Everything smaller parties fo, should be aimed at making Londoners realise what a tosser the man is.

Design wise the website is very weak, it looks incredibly amateur and more like a 5 minute job in something like Frontpage. Things like the ridiculously low resolution satellite image on the immigration page are inexcusable.
A great politican and candidate like Gerard Batten, who has some very good policies, deserves a website that actually gives off a professional image. In it's current state I can't see people taking it seriously. |
