My understanding (limited) is that all private companies want to get on with financing and building nuclear capacity in Britain is the permission/licences to do so (permission and regulation is in the gift of governments).

Not ignored, I am just not sure of the relevance. I would never even consider supporting/voting for a policy that is uncosted, especially one on such a huge scale. I understand that UKIP doesn't have access to specific financial information; I would only expect some realistic ball-park numbers and a comparison to the alternatives.

How much more expensive/cheaper is this than the current government plans?
