Hm, not sure, I think The Sun and the Daily Mail (and the MoS) could campaign to get us out. Especially since both Peter Hitchens and Melanie Phillips write for the Mail.

As for the Tories, hopefully they'd drop any Party line on the issue and let Eurosceptic MPs campaign to get us out. Same with Labour. Lib Dems need not apply.

It's not illegal, and campaigning on that ticket would instantly reduce all credibility to 0.

Technically there is no difference. If we just rip up the docs there's not much the EU can do. In terms of people voting to leave, i think it is getting ever more likely. But things have to get worse first.
Exactly, Parliamentary Sovereignty dictates that it would as simple as repealing all EU legislation/treaties.
