“Not content with making sure that employers risk bankruptcy f they employ young women, now the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) want to make it difficult to employ men as well”, said Godfrey Bloom MEP today after reading the EOC’s latest report, ‘Fathers and the Modern Family’.

“What these interfering busybodies don’t realise is, if you make it more and more expensive and risky to employ people, then employers won’t”. He went on, “Haven’t they realised that we are living in a global economy and many employers will, if it becomes prohibitive to employ people in the UK, move to a place they can afford it”.

This report has been brought out to celebrate Father’s day, by making unemployment more likely, it would hardly be called a welcome gift.

“What is even more strange is that their own report states that those in employment are more likely to have a close relationship with their children. It appears that political correctness seems to have overridden good sense”, said Mr Bloom

You can see the future by what is happening in France. Employers ther are terrified to employ people and most people are only given short term temporary contracts.
