If this wasn't the case then UKIP members must be really thick if 20% cannot manage to fill in a voting form correctly.

Anyway, a total of 2190 votes cast. What does that say about the size of the UKIP membership, let alone their interest level?

I can't comment on what this means,however,maybe some members never voted because they didn't get their Indy News,LIKE ME.

Maybe people were put off voting after having to vote a second time, the first election being deemed void.I would imagine the second vote also worked against those protagonists who forced this upon us.

I would imagine that the majority of ineligble votes might well have been by people not reading or forgetting that they had to put their membership number on the form.
