Mr Clark is right to point out is that many children from poorer backgrounds do well through Grammer Schools, that is something that is often forgotten

As an ex primary school teacher, so I believe, Derek should know something about schools. Most sensible people would agree with him.

What a pity he seemed to know nothing about 'subsidiarity when he signed up to more 'EU' in Romania on his jolly :evil:

Unfortunately this is becoming more and more in the past tense as the middle classes ghettoise the areas surrounding the grammar schools and the good comps

Many of the politicians who benefited from this made sure that they pulled the ladder up thus denying a lot of people an opportunity. It would also have helped the country as well but thse chances have gone sacrificed by id10ts
