UKIP doesn't need tory Dale to tell people their members are barking mad - the Leader of UKIP is doing that job all by himself. Talking about Roger Knapman in the Sunday Times - Nigel Farage said:

I do not believe that people who suffer from high blood pressure are barking mad & am utterly disgusted that the hate filled individual known as Basildon Boy chooses to describe sufferers in such terms. I as a member of UKIP believe that people suffering from high blood pressure should receive the appropriate treatment, help and advice so that their blood pressure can be lowered to an appropriate level in an appropriate manor, over an appropriate period of time. It appears that UKIP hater Basildon Boy as well as abusing those suffering from genuine mental illnesses would force some people suffering from high blood pressure to be compulsorily placed into the few remaining overstretched mental health hospitals. Then please explain Nigel's comment at the end of the Sunday Times article?

Why did Nigel mention that Roger had high blood pressure unless he was trying to infer he was ill and did not know what he was saying?yr
