Default Richard Suchorzewski resurfaces

Alongside my thank you letter to our voters published in the Barry and District news (Vale of Glamorgan) today.

Was a post election observation from a Richard Suchorzewski, Barry resident, and Business owner.

He launched into a rather scathing attack of the local Conservatives choice of candidate, berating then for making such a poor choice and lambasting them for a very poor campaign leading to 'in his words' blowing the chance of what " should have been a walkover for the Tories"

He then went on to elaborate which particular Conservative activist that he would have chosen, a certain Victoria Green, before declaring that despite no longer being a Conservative supporter he felt that the leadership of the Vale of Glamorgan Conservative party have let their members down.

Very touching from the guy who left the Conservative party because he failed their prospective parliamentary candidates course, thus making it impossible to stand at generals for them, just before turning up and declaring undying affection for the UKIP cause.

At least he still gives a toss.

In fact, he has not shown any of the usual bitterness that leaving UKIP seems to install in people since he left.

I think he is a good bloke.

It certainly doesn't make his views on the Conservative candidate wrong in my opinion, as the solicitor in question, a local councillor has quite clearly had a charisma and personality bypass.

However I do find it interesting that a Barry resident and business owner who quit the Conservative party because of a setback before turning up at another party declaring undying love before once again quitting at the earliest knockback, should take such a keen interest and be offering opinions in the press about the first party that he didn't have the guts to stand up to in order to prove his suitability to represent.

Never met or spoken to the guy but he doesn't really strike me as one to be stuck in the trenches with when the going gets tough.

You seem to know about this in some detail. Would you care to elaborate how you know why he left the Tories please? This is the first I have heard of this.

Ski WAS once a Tory PPC for Swansea East until he withdrew for personal reasons so he MUST at one time have passed the selection process.

I understand that he withdrew because he was told not to mention the EU, it was off the agenda as far as the Tories were concerned.

He was fed up with the sleaze ,but as he had accepted a contract in S.London this fact was used as the public reason for withdrawal.
