Don't you all understand that one of the chief reasons that UKIP Wales did so badly in the recent Assembly elections, was because Richard Suchorzewski devoted over 90% of his time as Chairman of UKIP Wales, not actually working in, or for Wales, but concentrating on NEC matters, and his quest for leader.
If' he'd devoted more time to Wales, then I'm sure you would have seen a different result. Far too many people were taken in by him. I saw him once at a meeting in Swansea (i'm not a member, but a supporter), and was in no way impressed by him - All talk and no action. then he left, leaving his committee, not only to pick up the pieces, but try to make up for lost time. Hence, a poor result, and still you think he was a good guy. No wonder you're in meltdown. What a bunch of poor character judges you really are!!! |

Not that I've got anything against Swansea - It's a great city, (although you obviously have)! If you'd seen my earlier posts you'd have realised that I'm from Ceredigion, not Swansea.
If you want to take a cheap shot at me, that's fine by me, but wake up and smell the coffee. All I did was point out that this guy's leadership bid was a huge distraction to UKIP Wales' preparation for the Assembly elections. Perhaps that's why he resigned after he'd lost? Maybe he realised that he had messed up Wales? If you want to defend him that's fine, but ask yourself this question - Why was their so little coverage of my area (Mid & West Wales) during the Assembly election, bearing in mind that at the last general election you fielded candidates in 6 out of 8 of the individual constituencies? I leafletted for your guy in North Pembs, and there were 5 or 6 other people helping him as well. Where did all these people go? The candidate mentioned that there had been a dispute within the branch, and he'd stepped in when the chap he had backed, had fallen seriously ill. He seemed determined to see things through, but since that election? Absolutely nothing? Why? Surely that's a fair question, that deserves merit, rather than name calling? If you can't answer it properly, then you can't admit my earlier comments as to why you are in freefall. |
