I didn't get any reply, but I didn't get any complaint either. Thus I decided people could make their own minds up of DN is mad or not.

I always assumed he was a bit bonkers, but if you are saying he is "mad" I'll take that as a positive reference for him.

I wouldn't say that he is mad but he is badly misguided. The way he wanted the party to go forward would have been a disaster. Not only would his tactics have failed but they would have deserved to fail.
