Default UKIP Donation call

It would seem UKIP have sent everyone letters asking for donations. They want to raise £100,00 and enlose donation forms, they reinforce the "1000" candidates idea and mention focus on the Welsh assembly.

Anybody else got one yet?

Yup. Still counting my pennies and deciding whether to or not, though.

The May elections are going to be important to keep the momentum built up over the last few months

Yes i thought it was an excellent letter. very professional for 3 reasons:

1. Decent paper was used, not cheap rubbish
2. A freepost envelope was included to return the donation
3. They have a target to reach so people don;t feel they are just pouring money into a hole.

These may seem trivial but they are quite important and show UKIP organisation has moved forward a little. Much more professional.

The small UKIP logo looked very professional too. I also liked the signature by Farage, even if it was a little aliased.

Whoever stuffed my envelope must really do it with gusto, it had been folded so hard the letter fell in half.
