Unfortunately it is pointless protesting.

Knapman made a complaint to the Press Complaints Commission who rejected much of his complaint.

Hence the media using this whenever they can.

Roger Knapman was caught in a media sting and they have him or his son boasting on bringing in cheap foreign Labour when UKIP had an official anti-migrant policy.

This was the point in the programme where UKIP and Nigel were ridiculed and the audience laughed damaging the credibility of UKIP and making UKIP look like hypocrites.

It is particularly unfair to use the claim of Mr. Knapman's son allegedly bringing in Polish worker immigrants to embarrass Mr. Knapman himself.

Blair's son was once (allegedly) found drunk on the floor in the middle of London's Leicester Square. But that does not, of course, make the Prime Minister a drunk. That's not to say I have any time for Blair - I don't. But the press should not try to attack the relatives of the well known if they can't find anything on the person they are really out to embarrass.

I bet the person who published the story about Mr. Knapman in the Times would not have dared do so during the time the newspaper was getting lots of money from UKIP for election advertising in the EU Election of 2004.

Thank you for your support Kernow. I think UKIP have just got to toughen upo their act as regards these europhile Liberal Dims.

Cleary the Dim Liberals are still well rattled at having been beaten by UKIP (in votes received) in the last EU Election.

Britannist I totally agree with everything you say about these evil Lib Dems!
An interesting point, regarding my letter was that initially I was replying to a letter in our local paper(which is predominately Lib Dem). We quite often experience as many as five pages of rubbish devoted to singing the praises of our M.P. Richard Younger Ross. However, my point I submitted the letter to five seperate newspapers ,four of which published within a short time. No prizes! for guessing which one did not bother.
We experience Lib Dem (Flatulance) or at least p**** and wind on a regular basis here at Newton Abbot (It cannot be down to cows they have all disappeared)

Britannist, interesting point you make there. Susan Kramer is the MP for Richmond Park. I live a few hundred yards from Richmond, and what you say about her rings all too true.

There is an English Democrats investigation in progress on MPs who might be benefiting from a particular type of tax avoidance. I should add that I have no reason to know one or other whether Kramer is a tax avoider. The register of MPs interests shows Kramer to have an interest in a trust which owns property in the US. She - along with a number of other MPs -will be asked about her tax domicile (UK or otherwise) in the near future.
