Poster distribution

As the UKIP are lacking in funds, maybe they should be encouraging members to advertise for them.

They should have a range of posters available for members to print and distribute, like they did with the recent post office closures one.

Does anyone else think this would be a good way of getting heard?

I used to adorn places with Conservative posters, I'd happily do the same with UKIP ones. They don't necessarily have to come from the Party though, I'm happy to make/use 'unofficial' ones.

UKIP are in the same boat as many other parties, we do however have an advantage with the generosity of a couple of rich donors and some of our MEPs are very generous although quite often they hide their lights under Bushels. This is one of the reasons we are not in debt.
Yes I think poster campaigns could be very effective, but to do them right you need the skills of an advertising agency, which costs money.
you would assume that with a membership of 17,000 UKIP already has people in these trade who may be prepared to assist on a voluntary basis.

So what is the verdict on using our own posters?

I agree with the use of our own posters, we should start a database/collection of UKIP posters online for members to use, they would be especially useful during elections.
