Nigel Farage MEP, leader of the UK Independence Party, told the BBC website political reporter Brian Wheeler on 5.12.2006 at 1.02 pm "It's not my intention to have a dirty little fight with Cameron's Conservative Party. Absolutely not. It's pointless. I view the Conservatives, Lib Dems and Labour now as an amorphous mass. Indistinguishable from each other."
Some supporters of UKIP might not fully agree with the above comment - in view of David Cameron's personal verbal attack on UKIP on London's LBC Radio on 4.4.2006. A fair few UKIP people appear to now regard the Cameron-led Conservatives as the number one target for UKIP in local, EU and national elections. Not a "dirty little fight" with them (the Cameron-led Tories) - just campaigning to get the pro-British, pro-sovereignty vote to stop going to the pro-EU Cameron-Conservatives and to come to UKIP instead. |

Agree with NF's approach we need to create the image that all 3 of the other parties are effectively the same and we are the only Party to offer a distinguishable alternative.
I do agree that the Conservative supporters are more likely to switch to us but that is why it becomes important to link Dave Cam moron with Labour etc |
