Correct.

Matt, the way written states that you are pro Regionalisation, and that I found to be confusing based on other posts. Thought you were going/gone native.

Sorry I didn't realise putting a comma in means it is seperate from the rest of the sentance. That's what you get for doing GCSE English and your teacher believe punctuation and spelling aren't really that important.

Sorry chaps, if you're going to be pedantic you have to be correct.
The problem is not actually the comma, but the word 'with', which should be 'that'. The comma is wrong, but a second comma after 'rule' would make it right. Otherwise, yes, it should be left out. For my liking, 'while' should be 'whilst', but it isn't wrong. Dialect perhaps?
Anyway, for my money, it was clear what was being said and I find it a bit hard to believe that anyone really thought Mr Davies was advocating regionalisation.

No wait, I can think of one.
Though here, I have to ask for clarification. I assume you mean you can think of one anti-EU party, because of course Labour are pro and I assume the Tories, Lib Dems, Greens and Peoples Front of Judea are pro too.

Only clear if you are telepathic.

What was written was confusing both in the sense and also based on mkpdavies previous comments/position. There again he could have changed his mind regarding RA's. Needed clarifying.

The English Democrats, who do want to break Britain up into pieces.
