No idea. He won an election though, which I guess is the bst UKIP have as things stand.

Steve's a good guy, excellent strategist and gaining loads of experience from by-elections.

Thats the benefit of having one person co-ordinate all the Bys - rather than having a score of people gaining 2% exoperience each time.

Steve Allison is Elections Director not head of strategic planning. John Arnott is ic central election leaflets under Steve. We await Steve's plan for HQ to get geared up for May local elections with interest.

This "NERO"thing was inadvertantly started when I referred to Steve as such about 18 months ago.
