If it recommends inviting your constituents, together with a TV camera crew, down to the local for a drink you can suspect that a troll is involved!

Seriously though, someone (I can't remember who) put together an excellent UKIP Election Guide for the 2003 local elections. It had comprehensive campaign guidance, legal requirements, even templates for leaflets in both printed and disc formats. What happened to it? Hopefully not lost during one of the head office moves? I'm sure it would be easier to update this than start again from scratch.
