It is as absurd to let non members bring disrepute charges as it would be to charge non members.

No it isn't. You don't need to be a member of the police to raise a complaint with the police complaints.

If a member of public brings a reasonable charge, then it should be looked at.

I think any organisation that doesn't even consider complaints made out about it's members, especially when there is written proof and allegations, is unrealistic.

That might be o.k for the old parties, but I thougt UKIP was meant to be something different.
