Someone printed off a large number of copies of the News of the World article, using the page from this forum to do so, and mailed them to members.

I thought that it was resticted to the South East, but I have since found out that a member just down the road from me also received one. he said that it had a Swindon postmark on it.

Well, seeing as the BNP have a rather large database of UKIP members addresses, and sometimes send their brand of news out now and then, have they ever considered that it may not be ANYONE in UKIP that has done this and your all being stitched up by the Nasty Nazis

Hey - UKIP needs no help to be stitched up, it is capable of doing that all by itself.

You are still Party Secretary for the moment I believe -will you bring a disciplinary action against him?
You know full well the procedures. Complaints have to be in writing to the PS, with evidence and only regarding transgressions of party rules and/or constitution. The evidence has to be seriously good.

Douglas.

You have seen the evidence, and you know that there are a committee full of witnesses. Moran is clearly bringing the party into disrepute by refusing to either retract or correct his slander.

If I write a formal letter to you, will it be sufficient for a case to be brought?

Clearly not if you aren't a member.

Why the requirement for party membership? Bringing the party into disrepute is direpute, whoever says "the emperor has no clothes"...
