What is happening to UKIP? I keep hearing about all these resignation and such; it's really getting me down. Is there any hope for us under the new leadership? I know its early days for Nigel Farage but from what I've heard from fellow members (one of whom is a NEC member) things aren't very nice at the top.

Well, we could all just give up on UKIP. We could get on with other things, and try not to mind that many of the laws affecting our lives are made by unelected bureaucrats in a foreign city, or that UK/EU governments continually extend their control and surveillance of individual citizens in the name of security; try not to mind the unjust foreign wars or collapsing health service or quite a few other things we could all mention. Let the old party politicians do our thinking for us in all these matters. Life is still rich and interesting, our families still need us, there are jobs to do and hobbies to pursue and books to read.
Alternatively we could stay involved in UKIP. We could not forget but set aside the arguments, resignations, dubious leadership campaigning, possible abuse of positions and disciplinary procedures, heavyhanded management and all the rest of it, for the sake of the only party which has a chance however slight of addressing the mortal ailments threatening British democracy. We could each do what we can to uphold the party's constitution when the party's officers overstep the line, but never abandoning the party itself or the cause for which it stands. Maybe there is a third alternative, but I can't immediately think what it could be. |

If you can't stand to actively support the current leadership of UKIP.
Then there is another alternative. The Troika parties have had it easy. It's time they didn't. If you aren't part of a political party, you don't have to tippy toe around, being civil and nice to the traitors. It's time the gloves came off. It's time the REAL enemy within had the spotlight on them. I'm going to dedicate myself to taking them down, in anyway I can think of, that is legal and doesn't use violence.

www.newparty.co.uk This is the only serious alternative, all the other small parties have no finance, infrastructure or policies
Join and give it a chance, its free and they are at least a united bunch. Several UKIP people have joined alreasy in the Est, South East and South West and have formed branches. |

I have seen Zero evidence that the New Party even really exists.
It's vapourware. How much longer before this united force unleashes its fury on the British political scene?
