Is it?
That is news to me. Just shows that those who call me a "Faragista" and other nonsense are somewhat wrong then I guess.

The original version, as posted, listed all Discipline Committee contact details... isn't someone supposed to vet what goes on ukip.org?

Such matters as minutes of private Party meetings shouldn't be on a public website in the first place.

When 'someone' is getting hold of the website by the scruff of the neck they need to establish exactly what the website is for.

The website is for informing the members and non-members of issues in and about UKIP.

In the real world, minutes of meetings become public at meetings anyway whether the meeting is private or not.
In this case of UKIP's Business Meeting, there was an issue last time of there being no minutes to consider in sufficient time. I decided with Nigel's approval to publish them a few days before the Business Meeting to give people a chance to digest them first. They are pretty dull reading anyway, as minutes always are, and are obviously a year out of date in context. If a week is a long time in politics - a year is infinite.
