Here are two samples, the first wiith Peter and the second with Tom Wise, what do people think :?:

In the era of youtube and google video, organisations that struggle to get media coverage, have and ever increasing avenue to get their message out.

Look at some of the amateur efforts by kids in their bedrooms out there and it shows what can be acheived. If UKIP had spent half of what they speant on Bromley, on getting a decent set-up for producing informational films (propaganda some will say), then this avenue could have been attacked long before now.

And guess what, the people it attracts mostly at the moment, are the young.

Do it right and it can be a powerful tool for rallying people to your cause. Sadly no one in the previous administration thought it worth while. I smashed my head into a brickwall over and over again on this issue.

So in the end, we had some well meaning amateur efforts on a shoestring budget. Yep, better than nothing, but so much less than a party like UKIP should be capable of.

Will the new leadership organise this party and get inititatives like this in place?

That's hilarious. But isn't this the point that I was making, really how hard can it be for the party leadership to come up with a half decent website?

If they use a blog company such as Typepad then you pay a yearly fee and it is so easy to update and add video, music, podcast, posts in reply to topics being debated etc. The money would be worth it and we would have a quality site! Basically if you can do email you can update Typepad. Blogging is also a different way of getting the message across.

Again though I understand why some long serving die hards feel like they are beating their heads against a brickwall. This is why if I could I would be fully Self Employed because if I want something done by others it usually takes ages and those people who are my supposed superiors are basically incompetent sycophants. The plague of every business, council, party, health authority, educational authority etc..

But this is why I joined UKIP because I thought they think like me!

Perhaps though I as I have always done, expect to much from those I answer to and follow, or maybe it should be me or people like me who should really be in positions of authority. Taking action immediately not softly softly monkey do....

oh it all gets me sooo frustrated and angry....!
