Subject: Fw: Mike Nattrass newsletter

As a West Midlands committee member, I had expected something like this from Mike Nattrass; he was not at the last committee meeting, but is not a voting member anyway.

I am sending you some more information

This typifies why we do not want MEP's running the Party

You might be bemused by the tone of the recent newsletter from Mike Nattrass

To put you in the picture
At the last meeting of the Regional Committee, there were 10 members present and it was unanimously decided that the chairman, Steve Povey, would send out a letter to the membership endorsing Richard Suchorzewski for leader.

John Knotts took no part in the discussion and voting as he is the deputy returning officer.

Denis Brookes likewise because he is a Party employee.

Mike Nattrass was not at the meeting, and is not a voting member of the committee anyway. He has since put pressure on committee members and on the chairman not to send out the letter, threatening to contribute no more money, etc. I should add that being an MEP gives him no constitutional position.

We now receive his newsletter, announcing that the chairman's letter was "illegal", and "should be binned"!
He says that endorsing a candidate is "breaking the rules" and then tells us that the "MEP's are quietly backing Farage or Campbell-Bannerman"! Wonder why?
Yes, Derek Bennett did sign Campbell-Bannerman's nomination paper but has since changed his mind and now supports RS.
Next Regional committee meeting next Tuesday. I am looking forward to it!

Richard

It's kind of like being told the Pope is Catholic though.

I love the bit that says he isn't a voting member anyway, when the original from him tries to make out it's 'his' committee.

Shade of Derek Clarke disowning the east Mids ctte.

Enter the orphan MEP's..................

That would be novel. UKIP is used to it's MEPs leaving it, we could reverse the whole situation and boot them out.

Screw the EU's sordid lucre. It's poisoning us.

'Keith Hand' is a hostile troll. Take a look through his posts.

He suddenly appeared earlier this month claiming to be 'UKIP-friendly curious' and living on a council estate in Lancs.

Within a couple of weeks he claimed to be personally acquainted with the chairman of the Cambridge branch. Now he's urging the break-up of UKIP based on supposedly detailed past knowledge.

Nearly all the rest of his posts are tedious pro-war cut-n-paste drivel, which was the reason I noticed him in the first place.

I also have a hunch who he may be.
