Not bad at all. Serious, respectful coverage of the leadership race by BBC Radio's top political programme and nobody mentioned fruitcakes even once!

I thought Richardski's hustings comment on why Nigel should not be elected leader (Broadly that Nige is a great man and a great communicator, but that "You don't put your best salesman in charge of the company") was probably the most magnanimous remark by one candidate about another that I've heard so far. My respect for him went up.

Perhaps my hearing is different to everybody else's, but I thought the interviewer still tried to belittle us, albeit politely!

I thought it was a well-crafted piece by a journalist who, for once, understood UKIP and the issues.

Most Chief Executive Officers of successful companies used to be salesmen and women. What Richard said was nonsense.

"most"?

Opinion or fact? I'd argue that in my experience it is financial officers.

Just beat me to it c-steam.

Above statement is rubbish Christina, assuming you are refering to the UK and not USA? UK still dominated by accountants.
