There's probably an issue of client confidentiality - hence the request for a solicitor's undertaking. Personally I think your forensic enquiries would be better directed to Ashford and the Treasurer's pretty rapid departure, which ensured the accounts weren't available until after the election.

Colin, just so you will know the complete Leadership Candidate saga that I have been involved in, I produce it again, on here, for you.
Firstly, before the closing date for Candidates to register as standing I was for Del.
Then,Del dropped out.
That left NF,JN, DCB AND RS.
I then went for RS and was pushing as hard as anyone on here for him until roumors about him circulated regarding confiding with/in GL-W.
I made some checks for a few days and decided that I would no longer support RS any more and posted the same on this Forum.
Del,who had been my original choice then said he was now standing, so I naturally was glad to support him again.
As you know,Del dropped out again.
This left NF,JN,DCB AND RS again for me to choose from.
RS was no longer of interest to me because of reasons I have just given.
That left NF JN who I would never vote for in this Election and DCB.
In short,I do not consider that DCB is cabal,if I did,I would not have given him my vote.
To be quite to the point on this I say that nowhere have I seen anything to show me that DCB is cabal, nowhere.
A lot of talk by supporters of RS does not make one jot of proof that DCB is cabal,if it did, that would make RS also cabal.
Where is the proof of DCB being cabal, where is it?
These are all people, and as such, assumptions are not wise.
So,nothing as you say," turned me",and I do not support a cabalistic Candidate for this Election as far as I am concerned.

Your backing a pig in a poke thats for sure if you back the Welsh guy.
Hey, you've pinched 'my' terminology for those voting Nigel :? Nigel said at the start of the campaign that to cover for his absence in Brussels he would appoint (annoint) a nominee who would manage in his stead. Note not Deputy, not Chairman but a nominee (ie could be a third person IF the other two positions were also appointed by Nigel). At no time subsequently during the campaign has Nigel advsied who this nominee would be! Now, there's a 'pig in a poke' if you vote for Nigel. If Nigel wins what/who do WE get?

Guys, where has the Humour gone? If RS got NF to sign his paperwork, and lets say RS wins, is that not just so funny?
Good question and........ yes but explanation/comment from Nigel even more interesting in that event

what is your problem with GLW? AFAIK you've never met him or even spoken to him, so - and seriously - I really just don't understand how basically an unknown person can raise sufficient emotion to cause a change of mind. I'm not winding you up HP - this is a genuine question because, personally, I'd have to know far more about a person to make a judgement on someone else based on a rumoured (your word) discussion between the two.

C-S,I was answering a question as asked by Colin McNamee above.
As you are aware,RS is history as far as I'm concerned,I posted so a while ago.

By the way,any ideas on how I was banned for a few days recently without even one warning c-s?

You weren't banned, as you well know as Biscuitman showed you the error of your ways.

Kind of explains you paranoid position on other things though.

You're welcome Colin.

Matt, would you be suprised if I said that this Forum shows me as banned even now?

I would of prefared to PM you with this problem but did not want to spam you.

Also, just for clarity,it is not obvious wheather or not you are a MOD these days as you dont show it on the Forum.

Your MOD sign's been switched off since before the electioneering started.

When you react to some posters on here by jumping out of the long grass with warnings I'm sure some of them must wonder who you are because you are not down as a MOD,and still aren't are you?
