I would like to put forward a very simple idea which is :-
I believe a lot of people are unhappy about the EU but do not like, or want confrontation. Car stickers are a way of showing this without confrontation I propose the a pilot scheme is put in place on the following basis Car stickers are selected and set out on 3 sandwich type boards ( 6 No ) ( or new stickers designed for the purpose covering various aspects of EU membership and it's implications ) On 4 or 6 consecutive Saturadays 3 groups of two or three people take up positions three positions in a selected market town And sell stickers ( I don't know what the base cost is but say less that 50 pence) then we try and sell them for £1.50 / £2 This would a, raise funds, but more importantly end up hopefully in a lot of cars which if it proved sucessfull would be yet another sign of public unease with the direction we are going. Needless to say if the pilot provred worthwhile then it could be a good way to show a public face of anti EU sentiment. A by product could be new members signing up I would appreciate your thoughts. |

I don't think you will sell many. Sorry, but from experience it's quite difficult giving the damned things away.
You would have to make the sticker look more like an England or Britain sticker, with less emphasis on the anti-EU side, which almost defeats the idea of it. Certainly UKIP should be removed from the sticker. Only muppets like me have them on their cars.
