I'd say the Imperial Tories were hot favourites for the spoof ED site.

According to the Companies House site, GECKO.IT LIMITED was dissolved 12/02/02 and had a Warwick address, but not Plestowes Barn. The first Wayback entry for www.EnglishDemocraticparty.org.uk was in late 2002 and it was last updated late 2005.

If you want to dig further, you have to start to pay for information from Companies House etc.
