Default UKIP on 4% in new poll

Yougov poll in the Torygraph on Thursday. Forgive me if this has already been posted here somewhere. It shows UKIP as being on 4%.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.../ixuknews.html

Quote:
Indeed, the minor parties as a group show signs of catching up with the Liberal Democrats. Fourteen per cent of voters - roughly double the usual proportion - now say they would vote for a minor party other than one of the big three.

The Greens currently have the support of three per cent of voters and Ukip four per cent. The BNP, deprived of publicity, has fallen from seven per cent last month to four per cent now.
Summary:

Conservatives: 38 percent
Labour: 32 percent
LibDems: 20 percent
UKIP: 4 percent
BNP: 4 percent
Greens: 3 percent.

Incidentally,

Quote:
Sadly for the Liberal Democrats, Sir Menzies Campbell continues to trail badly. Only eight per cent of YouGov's sample would like to see him in Downing Street - the lowest recorded for any Lib Dem leader since the Liberal Democrats effectively replaced the old Liberal-SDP Alliance in 1990.
So it looks like the LibDums may have made the wrong choice in their recent leadership election. Let's hope we pick a good one in ours!

I was one of that 4% and yes it has been mentioned!!!!

I think UKIP tend to do a bit better in internet polls. I put this down to the fact people with access to the web, read more than just mainstream crapola and thus come to their own decisions based on a wider source of information.

Same goes for most of the "smaller" parties.

I'm sure you're right! Since the Cameron "Loony, fruitcakes charge" faded, as far as the daily newspapers are concerned UKIP has vanished back into its "Hi Dee hole"

Too build on this 4% we need to be out there shouting about UKIP what we stand for(apart from eu exit) Ill be out in the mormning delivering copies of our new leaflets and copies of Capital news.
We need to be at the fore front showin the local communities what we are about.
We must move on forward from 4%
