I stand corrected. Everyone thinks that Mark Mardell is, at least, not biased against UKIP. So I'm pleased. Maybe I was being too harsh in my judgement of him. But I'm still going to listen to what he says carefully to make sure impartiality is maintained. Glad to read (from Gawain - in his thread above) that Mr. Mardell made some effort to get the smart-looking UKIP double-decker battlebus on film.
Despite this, the BBC have - over the whole of the last four decades - a pretty poor record at reporting the case against the EEC/EU.
I'm watching and listening to television and radio (independent as well as BBC) regularly to look out for bias against the eurosceptic and anti-EU majority in the UK.
I remain suspicious of the BBC overall. Their bias (against sovereigntists) is - in one respect at least - worse than any bias found on non-BBC outlets. Because we are forced through the television licence 'poll tax' to pay the BBC for their bias against us.
