![]() Er .. they got one thing wrong ... "THE leader of the anti-immigration UK Independence Party" ... since when has UKIP been an anti-immigration party please? All that UKIP has ever asked for is for the UK to have control over immigration, never that it is anti-immigration. Manic Monday Sux |

If this is true then he should resign and if he will not resign the NEC should expel him.
Our web site gravely states - under the ‘5 Freedoms’: No more 'economic' immigration will be entertained except in very exceptional circumstances. If we cannot run our own country with sixty million people. Then when will we ever be able to run it? The ‘very exceptional circumstances’ seems to be ‘when our leader can make an indecent profit from the arrangement’. It is one thing being an inept political party - this makes us a laughing stock. |

I don't think so !! But this story highlights the problems within UKIP. If this is true then it shows that the leader of UKIP is not sincere about the policies he represents, it also shows a distinct lack of judgement and a lack of care he has in how his own actions affects the party and the hard working members of his party. Kick him out. |

The defence of minor humbug is that someone who lives in a system they are actively trying to change, meanwhile has to come to terms with living in that system. Hence socialists wanting redistribution of wealth aren't really expected to give their money away. Labour poiticians frequently send their children to private schools. Knapman's hiring of foreign workers fits into this category. Does anyone doubt that Knapman wants to see immigration controlled? What would his not hiring foreign workers do about the problem of uncontrolled immigration? Major humbug is where tub-thumping is done over some issue and the tub-thumper is doing things which actively prevent the issue in question being dealt with. A nice example of major humbug is Cameron's stance on the environment, which amounts to a few photo-opportinities, nonsense over windmills and nothing of substance. The fact is that law relating to the environment is controlled by Brussels and he can't do anything worthwhile unless the question of Europe is addressed. Given his attitude to the Better Off Out MPs, it's obvious he's determined not to raise the question of law dictated by Brussels and therefore has no serious interest in addressing environmental issues other than as a PR campaign. Nowhere is this more clearly shown than in his attitude to our fisheries which have become an ecological and environmental disaster as a result of the CFP. The Green Paper commissioned by Michael Howard which suggested radical measures for rescuing our fish stocks (and which would have involved withdrawal from the CFP) has been quietly sidelined and Gummer looks like signing us up for more of the ruinous CFP. It's serious, disgusting humbug to prattle about global warming and cycling and to deliberately ignore an economic, social and ecological disaster which is eminently repairable. |

Key issue here isn't so much Knapman USING polish workers, the issue is that he is involved in their 'trading' (I can't think of a beter phrase)

Roger himself is the company secretary of another company of his son, Endworth Developments Ltd. Now, to me 'developments' seems to indicate this is a property company, so no prizes for guessing what labour may be utilised in such 'developments'. |
