UKIP has TEN well paid MEP's by the way. Whether that has been a benefit to the party, is open to debate. I have to say, I will watch with interest the progress the BNP make for the people of Barking and D, with the clear amount of influence they will now have. Perhaps they will form a little gang that want control of the BNP too. Some mutterings are already being made out there.

MKPD, MY party? Since when have I said the BNP were MY party, that is your assumption. Your choice of words and gross difficulty you seem to have when discussing the 'others' is perhaps endemic of why UKIP as a party is a total flop outside of the EU PR electoral gravy-train. I would even go so far as to say that the presence of the BNP in many areas actually IMPROVES UKIP's chances. As it stands, without the EU voting system, UKIP would have fallen flat on its back a long time ago.
You just do not seem to get it that to the main parties, UKIP IS a diversionary party when it comes to fighting the BNP; they see UKIP as THE means to the damage the BNP's chances whenever the two parties meet. As for the future of the B & D BNP lot, if they achieve 100% more than UKIP's MEPs it will be 100% more than zero. |

I can spot a BNP troll at a thousand yards and you are one.
UKIP MEP's, while have not done enough REAL effective work in my eyes, have actually acheived a few things. I would be amazed if the Nazi's elected do anymore than quit after a while, due to being confused, caught up in football violence or dressed up as Hitler. That's what usualy seems to happen anyway.

What sort of nasty individual are you that keeps returning to abusive comments. I am amazed that you are allowed either to:
a) remain in UKIP b) remain on this forum. You behave like a spolit brat and can only argue using derogatory remarks. Again, little wonder that UKIP performs as badly as it does with people like you holding the moral highground. God help this country with the likes of you and your abusive "they are all nazis" paranoia. |

girlfriday,I have to agree with mkpdavies, you come over very strongly as a troll.
This open Forum always has several trolls, mostly from the BNP,what gets me is that all those BNP trolls constantly hang around here but we in UKIP tend not to even visit your site at all,or very seldom. I have never visited it nor will I ,the BNP need to be near UKIP because we are not full of youknowwhats. |

The UKIP MEP's and UKIP achievements were mentioned a few postings ago in this thread.
I would just say that one massively important achievement is that UKIP won 12 seats in the EU 'Parliament' 23 months ago - thus STOPPING EUROPHILES from other parties from occupying those seats in Brussels NOW. That, in itself is a major achievement. By winning those euro-seats, UKIP helped STOP more europhiles (like 'Chris' Davies (Fib Dim party), Caroline Jackson (europhile so-called 'Conservative), Graham Watson (leader EU 'Parliament' Liberal group) and Glyn Ford (the UKIP-hostile Labour MEP)) from getting in. That four are bad enough. At least UKIP do us all a service in stopping some more like that getting elected to Brussels in June 2004. As UKIP originally won 12 seats, there are now up to 12 europhiles out there who wanted those seats in Brussels (and the salaries, perks, influence, voting power) who were denied it (because UKIP got the seats instead). This pleases me  . |

The only way anyone can reasonably expect to gain information on politics is to visit a multple numbers of sites, as UKIP's main website is infamous for its lack or clarity on certain issues (the recent loss of a council seat in particular).
Joining hands and singing from the same song sheet as you lot appear to do does not impress me one bit, and I dare say, that anyone visiting this site would be astonished at the level of personal insults that often seem to fly around because one might be suspected of being a "troll" by certain contributors here. I dare say that if the word "pygmie" was used to describe certain UKIPers, then there would be the usual barrage of "racist" thrown around like confetti. You obviously choose your insults to make sure that they are PC and anti-racist! Morons! Again I will say, that these types of responses only identify UKIP as a haplass, badly lead, poorly directed and utterly pointless party outside of the EU elections, and the quicker this party changes to a political movement away from its obvious pretense of being a political party, the better it will be for thousands of people so saving them wasting their time. The title, F.irst U.nited K.ingdom U.niversal P.arty (F.U.K.U.P.) rather than U.K.I.P. seems far more appropriate a party name for the likes of Knapman & Co. Thousands of new members have been taken up the garden path, not just by the leadership, but by commentaries from supposed UKIP diehards on this site, and no matter how many postings have been made, they will always cluck around the same feeding hole hoping to catch a grain of truth and use it to sustain their own unimportance. |

I'm still waiting for someone in UKIP to:
1. Take the blame for the poor showing by UKIP in last week's local elections. 2. Explain where the UKIP MEP's were (we know that Gerrard Batten helped a couple of UKIP local council candidates - but what about the other 9 MEP's?). 3. Give the reason why UKIP abandoned the anti-EU immigration campaigning issue in the UKIP 2006 local election campaign - thus leaving the field open for another party to fill the gap. When there is a victory for UKIP certain people are scrambling and pushing each other out of the way in order to take all the credit. Now there is defeat - the silence from those same people is deafening. |
