Or damage, perhaps, which would remove any possibility of voters joining unless they were ex-tories?
How about damage of the kind which would make the leader of the party invisible?
Or, perhaps, damage of the variety which would prevent the party from regularly putting out press releases about things happening in our country?
Worse, maybe, damage of the type which would prevent the party from communicating effectively and regularly with it's members?
Or are you referring to the sort of damage that could reduce our membership from 27,000 down to about 17,000?
Perhaps you refer to the style of damage that would cause NEC members, chairpersons and treasurers to resign?

It's been discussed time and time again and the fact of the matter is that the vast majority of members got the Independence News after the Business meeting had occured, and so had no advance warning as to the fact that it was to be held when it was.

2. Who proposed who,and seconded them?

Why do you "need" these answers? What practical use will they be to you beyond idle curiosity?

The shareholders of a company do not need to know the detail of the company finances beyond the company report at the end of the year - and they are often putting considerable sums of money INTO phpbb_the company on the understanding that the company directors will do the very best to make a profit for them.

Why are you so distrustful that the UKIP directors are not doing precisely that for the "shareholders" of UKIP? I think it is because you are billious and suspicious for no good reason. There is no point in a political party if it does not get candidates up for elections.

You get a company report for UKIP if you attend the business meeting - which was advertised incidentally before the last meeting. Then is when you can ask questions of a financial nature.

Strictly no. There is an office run by Nigel for the purposes of his MEP's duries to assist in the dissemination of information to the public about the EU. It is not run by or for UKIP.

It is not a UKIP "Press Office". Nigel's office of information is at the EU offices in Queen Anne Gate. London.

If they choose to donate monies to UKIP it has to be from their own salary and constitutes donations. They have no need to declare unless over £500 for the electoral commission.

No. They work for the MEP's - to assist them in their duties to inform the public about the EU.

No one does. Some UKIP members have been appointed by and do work for the MEP's for which they are paid. This work has nothing to do with UKIP. Some are members of UKIP who give their time voluntarily and because of their special position in assisting the regional branches (in their own time) are titled regional organisers. Their paid work is to assist the MEP's in their duties to inform the public about the EU - it has nothing to do with UKIP and UKIP has no control over what they are required to do by the MEP's. If they happen to help with UKIP work it is voluntary and unpaid by UKIP.

What does it say? You do not make sense.

In my opinion you do not actually need to know any of this at all to enable you to get on with the job of fighting the EU; it is merely non-useful curiosity or possibly malicious in intent.
