Default SWIP- SOUTH-WEST INDEPENDANCE PARTY

Since when did UKIP become so, well, south-west -centric? The rest of the country seems to be excluded. Are they to be known as the South-West Indepence Party (SWIP), SAYING NO TO BRITAIN? Its like ukip are a provincial party, fighting the issues of the nation, but just on a part-time, local, volunteer basis. Anyone for clotted cream and scones?

All of the regions are going their own way at the moment. It is somethng that needs to be addressed, although I believe that the South West is setting some good standards in democracy that could be brought INTO phpbb_every other region.

Sour grapes will get you nowhere! In the Southwest UKIP has a lot of support because we are doers not just talkers. Also people who live in the the South West see a way of life they don't want to lose. Blair is probably hated more in the Southwest than anywhere else in the Country. The "Old" Tories once ruled down here along with the Old (Real) Liberals, but the voters realised the "new" Tories lied like cheap Japaneses watches and so changed their allegiance to the all singing all dancing all dancing Lie Dems, not realising that the Lie Dems were even keener to hand over the governance of Britain to an unelected foreign political elite than even the Tories or labour were! City dwellers and Londoners in particular don't realise how strongly we who were born and brought up in the South West feel about our Country! on the rare times I have to go to London I feel as if I am in a stranger in foreign land! "Brummy" friends of mine down on holiday from Birmingham last year told me they consider the Southwest as the last true England stronghold. Down here England is a Country not just a football team!
