Why change what everybody knows? Do you honestly think people will vote for us if we change our Logo and colour? Sure you don't want to "Rebrand" us INTO phpbb_LIB-UKIP?

Thank you Britannist - your comment reflects exactly my aim

Gal Friday - courtesy of UKIPMAN we already have our music here >grin<

Alex - I disagree. Our colours are now instantly recogniseable, let's keep 'em.

I agree with Kernow, don't change what folks know. Keep what is instantly recogniseable - just give it a li'l more life!

To effect a logo change could cost thousands if a professional graphic design house was used - I'm endeavouring to offer something which might make a positive difference free of charge.

(Mind you, now I'm unemployed, a few quid in appreciation would come in handy if they go with it)

I am against rebranding the party.
As for the post back there, read it out loud. I've added emphasis for your benefit.

I still disagree - I see no need for a complete re-brand or even a change in name.

We just need to give our image a bit of zest is all ..

At least I am attempting to do something instead of just talking about it ...

Sorry Intbel, that wasn't for your benefit, but for Kernows. I also do not think changing the name is a good idea, but if we do do so then it is a chance to do a full rebrand.

Agreed, if you're going to change the name then do a complete re-brand.
That, imho, as well as being prohibitively expensive is not needed.

Just give our image a bit o' life - and our logo IS our image ...

... until Petrina is leader, that is ...

Actually, it's a photo of the latest candi-date for the leadership. Well, he couldn't do a much worse job than the currant leadership. I'm hoping that he'll be raisin the bar a bit in the forthcoming election. You'd have to be nuts not to vote for him.

I still think the colours are too Hogwarts, purple is okay but yellow? The colour of cowards and liberals. Also think the Independence Party (UKIP) would work better for the time being.
