@gimlet/Tammycat - pointing out other good party websites is the right direction. I have e-mailed the chairman suggesting that the first step should be a benchmarking study rather than just go straight ahead and make knee jerk changes.

For changing content look at the Taxpayers Alliance blog. Updates most days, plenty of white space.

Loads of good material for political parties who can be bothered to stir themselves to make a political point or two - just look.
