(1) Punishment for crimes!
(2) Illegal Immigration!
Emphasise that because Britain is a member of the EU we are a ruled by the EU, so we have virtually no say in how criminals are punished or how many people enter our Country Illegally!

There are many ways in which EU memberships favours criminals in EU member states and there are many ways in which EU membership favours illegal immigration in to EU member states. That said, the reality is that even were the UK not a member of the EU, the Labour Party and Lib Dems would be pandering to criminals and illegal immigrants, so if you want to attract voters beyond the converted who would vote for UKIP allready because they think the EU stinks, you have to emphasize much more that we are in a mess on immigration and crime because its Labour and Lib Dem policy to favour criminals and illegal immigrants, than speaking about the European Union aspect of these things.
