Well done, Wayne, and welcome
![]() I managed to organise the visit of Mike Nattrass for last Thursday. It went very well. Update your news section, then ... always try to make your news finish with something positive. Any photos you can put up from the meeting? John Page |

At Keele we need 10 members to be a society. At the moment it is 12. This number is gradually growing. There are more people who are joining who are like friends of friends if you get me.

Thanks. When Im not doing UKIP stuff, you'd be best to find me in the bars, sleeping or like you, trying to get with the ladies. Not many women here like ukip unfortunatly. Lectures???? What are they??? No, I do go to lectures and try to work hard. My degree is Politics, its very interesting.

I finished a 3 year politics course last June and believe me every day in seminars turned INTO phpbb_me versus the rest of the class! I relished every second of it because I'm UKIP to the core and love a good debate.
I found I was in a minority of 1 most of the time though one Tory used to side with me all the time- but never had the guts to come and join UKIP. As for lecturers, you'll find a fair few of them rely on the EU for their funding and even if not they mostly have their heads firmly stuck in their Guardians and consider a BBC 'News' bulletin a satisfactory way of keeping up to date with current events. Oh and don't expect essays to be fairly marked if you dare tell the truth about the EU in them! A bit of advice from an old timer- You won't make many allies on the politics course, but who cares? The ladies love a rebellious streak and following in my footsteps will stand you in good stead with the ladies. They'll love you even though they disagree with every word you say! You're in for 3 years of frustration- wondering why educated, bright students won't open their eyes to what's REALLY going on with their country. Come and have a natter in the Youth forum, things have gone a bit quiet in there lately. |

I know what you meen about being alone politically while at uni. Keele is full of Liberals and Socialists. Its sick. There is one conservative and one ukip who will usually side with me on most issues. Every opportunity the cosialists get they go on about how capitalism and free enterprise is as evil as President Bush. They want to nationalise the 150 biggest firms in the UK. How could they afford that? Also they want to abolish the world bank.
One week in at Keele and I had already been called a '******* racist' (sorry if we are not allowed to swear). I had just come back from visiting Rogar Knapman in Stafford. This guy said im racist becasue im in ukip and that ukip is racist cos it has independence in its name. Is USA racist on the 4th of July. He ran away and I saw him around campus and he kept giving me these wierd looks. I bumped INTO phpbb_him at a bar and threatened him for if he ever insulted me in such a way. I havnt seen him since. I suppose I should have threatened him looking back. I heard he is now a born again Christian who goes to the Christian Union every week. President of Student Union doesnt really like me either. Im not a nasty person because I got lots of non-politcal friends. Wayne |

Ask if nationalisation is now official Policy as they have been busy privatising various parts of the NHS and schools and are busy getting the Post Office ready for privatisation - there is no such thing as socialists in New Labour they are just Tories under a different name - you can't get a piece of paper between the policies of Labour and Tory.
Just keep telling them that they are in the wrong party if they support Labour becasue they have been busy ditching their socialist principles for years and are now a neo-tory party! Tell them to join Respect ! |
