The 'far right' smears are still being used

Would someone explain to me what is 'far right'?
I personally would like all would-be immigrants to either speak English or learn conversational English within a year of landing. Is that far right?
I would like immigrants to NOT draw on the social services or NHS. That is probably Far Right?
I would like immigrants to swear alliegance to HM the Queen (NOT the blithering Government, but the Head of State). Is that Far Right?
I would like all immigrants to swear to uphold the British traditions (learned after bitter years and centuries of bloodshed) of free speech, tolerance, and fair play. Is that far right?
I would also like to see the Railways re-nationalised.
And a greater dependence on nuclear power, God knows we're going to need it after flogging our oil to the EU.
