Has any one else received the following email on petition forms.
What do they mean there is insufficient space

I need to know where the original petition forms were distributed. I want to stop people using the forms pretty urgently. They are not practical in that insufficient space is allowed for each entry and the call centres have trouble deciphering them. You will see from the amended version on the web site what I mean. We would like everyone to download from the web site and photocopy forms themselves pending getting some more printed.
Would you be kind enough to advise all branches and those recipients of large numbers of forms of this requirement
