I doubt it. Youthkip have a website, but I think that's about it. There aren't very many UKIP members younger than 50.

The good news Cyburn is this is one area that is changing. Thanks to the fact UKIP do actually bother running in the odd election, interest is picking up in the younger age range group.

Speak to Alex!

Alex, who was it that said ....?

I'm going to be blatantly honest - UKIP IS a party of old men at the mo... Young people ARE different to the rest of UKIP's membership. If there is to be a future to UKIP we need far, far more young people. Even the leadership acknowledge this.

Hiya. I've just got back from Freshers week at Uni (still not got Internet connection there, unfortuantely, so I'm just trying to catch up on everything that's happened on the net over the last few days. I'm hoping to have my Internet connection set up soon.)

I've not come across any Youthkip activity at Manchester, but hopefully I'll be able to change that. I'm going to have a word with the Campaign's Office at Manchester Uni, see if I can persuade them to get involved with the Let the People Decide petition. Not very hopefully, but I can at least try!

Hi TOMPHIL

We have a very active Branch in Manchester and are very keen to get involved at the University. Please give me a call or email me and I can provide as much resources, etc as you require. Tel 07970 017669 email PR.UKIP@hotmail.com.

We have had some activity with the debating Soc., and they are putting out UKIP and democracy info in their fresher week packs, but getting a Uni. Soc. established is one of the goals of our Branch. I look forward to speaking to you.

No, it says that UKIP is mainly composed of men over 65 (at least).

Christina, you wouldn't have said that if you had been at Lechlade.
