Default UGSU Independence Society

Hopefully we will be able to get enough signatures (again) this year to re-start the once-alive UGSU Independence Society.

I, and my colleagues in Gloucestershire, would be incredibly grateful for any support you could provide to us. We're looking to have 10 people at the stall on the 30th September between 08:00 and 16:00 hours.

We currently have 1 person there all day (yours truly  ).

Cheers,

Alex

Yay, I've managed to press-gang another volunteer!

Mayor Danny Sparkes, UKIP Gloucester (Barton & Tredworth) will be assisting. He may be an old fart (at the grand age of 59) but he's good fun so his help will be much appreciated.

However: I still require some more younger people to come! If there is any chance you can come help please please please do so!

Volunteers currently stand at 2.

That's my birthday and I am out for a few beverages the night before.

Thus I can't really be of much help on this occasion! Sorry!

Christ, I've just got back, I'm ****** right now so excuse grammar and spelling and language, from a fruitless day

I was having some posters done (as per other thread) but the print house ****** up and now we've ended up with no posters. To cap it all, I've just got back from a most enjoyable party which I was prematurely called away from by my mother returning home who told me that my chairman, Mike, had been trying to deliver leaflets and correx boards to me all evening.

Now, when he said late evening I thought he mean 10:00 or 11:00pm not 8:00pm, so I wasn't home.

Tomorrow is going to be the catastrophe of the millenium thus far. No posters, no correx boards, and no leaflets apart from crappy petition leaflets not worth the paper they[re printed on

this SUCKS

Just print off something for people to put their name and contact details in, and wear a rosette. Your natural charm will bring in the punters. The posters would probably just scare people off anyway.

We used the petition forms for that, but we didn't press it particualy. We can contact them using the details they put on the petition form so long as they ticked the little box that says UKIP can contact them.
As for the rosette: Couldn't don't have one.

No, we did extremely badly.

It was a cataclysmic failure.
