Default UKIP Wales has a new Chairman

Congratulations to Richard Suchorzewski on becoming the Chairman of the UKIP Wales branch. I'm sure we can expect many exciting and fulfilling times ahead with Richard at the helm.

Many thanks to David J Rowlands for all his hard work during the past five years and I wish him all the best in his new capacity as Vice Chairman.

Why not put up a few background details about him? Does he have his own website/blogsite?

If this is the case, then why doesn't it have this news on the UKIP Wales site?

Richard is a publisher from Barry in South Wales and was our candidate in the Vale of Glamorgan at the last general election. He has a number of other business interests (I don't know exactly what).

He joined us from the Tories last year and has provided much- needed energy and enthusiasm to UKIP in Wales.

I believe he will become a prominent and well- known face within the party in the next few years.

You can expect a full press release shortly.

Well it's great stuff. I've been a long term correspondant with Jim Carver, regarding the growth of UKIP in Wales (a subject close to my heart as I'm only over the border in Gloucester and come from a long line of unionists from each of the countries in the union, the most recent having come from Wales).

I do hope to see the press release soon

I took my degree in Wales. It's universally acknowledged that with honourable exceptions aside, the best singers in the world are Welsh... and I speak as an opera singer with a penchant for Shirley Bassey!

Dear All

Just to clarify that the new Chairman of UKIP Wales is Richard Suchorzewski, ably supported by a new deputy chairman John Bufton, and not David J Rowlands, as previously suggested. David J is now a co president of UKIP Wales, alongside David WL Rowlands (no relation)!

Press releases will be available on website imminently.

Kind regards
Jim

I'm not really one for blog spots, as they are

Hi Alex

Trust you are keeping well.

I'm not really one for blog sites, but as in this instance, I'm sure that someone will mention in passing conversation, any points in relation to UKIP Wales, that might need clarifying from time to time.

Sorry, I won't be hanging around, but everyone knows how to reach me, if they need me.

Kind regards
Jim

OK, sorry to hear that, as I think you could make a very valuable contribution here.

Please drop in on the forum every now and then, though
