UKIP immigration warnings vindicated by latest figures

Mr Farage added,” Make no mistake. These figures will get worse. In October accession talks on admitting Turkey with a population of over 70 million begin and all three main UK parties support Turkey joining the EU.

“We have warned repeatedly that our immigration and asylum policy is a shambles. Just a short time ago Mr Blair was forced to admit that there nearly half a million illegal immigrants within our borders.

Home Office figures now admit that it will take twenty years just to clear the backlog and that is assuming nobody else arrives.

“UKIP has said over and again that we have lost control of our borders.The government tried to ignore us but now the truth is out.The only way we can get out of this mess is to take back control of our own borders instead of allowing Brussels to dictate who and who cant come to our country.” ENDS

Although I agree with him, he is bending the truth a little. Only 3 EU countries have decided not to limit immigration from the new EU members. i.e. the government does have the control of the UK's borders in this case, but has chosen not to limit immigration.

Ireland and Sweden are the other two and Austria is currently deciding whether to extend it's limitation.

These people are not stupid. They know the effects of their actions.

They are Socialist/Global Capitalists, or the '3rd Way' party. They are in power, and are implementing their policies. They want a world of cheap labour, to rule over, forever, and they are working towards getting it. E.g. cheap foreign labour, driven down wages, etc, world wide. Why not?

Simple as!
