The similarity between the SNP and the BNP is that their base philosophy in both instances is a racist one. The SNP are anti-english no matter how they try to disguise it.

Default Scotland the brave

The question of UKIP's comitment to the Union with Scotland and how to counter the SNP will no doubt be asked many times in the Livingston by-election.

I would say, as a personnal statement, that we are the UNITED KINGDOM Independence Party and as such committed to the Union 100%

Also the SNP brand of Nationalism is very much anti-english from my personnal experience, the SNP will accept control from Brussels as the price of freedom from England, this is a very narrow viewpoint and is hidden from the majority of the Scots Voters in the same way that the BNP tries to cloak it's more extremist views. Many Scots are very proud to be Scottish and British, just as I am English and British. We should not be afraid of taking on the SNP.

Anyone from either side of the border will get theor chance to demonstrate UKIP's commitment to Scotland in the Livingston by-election, get up, down or across to help and put suporters out on the street.

Possible date for by-election is November 3rd so lets get going with it....
