Default Great Idea

Hey, here is a great idea, Dont Shoot yourself in the foot!

UKIP were able to give Tony Blair 67 seat majority rather than 17. Now Tony Blair is free to continue dismantling the UK.

This election was the last chance to stop Blair. Now he has the power to bring in another 2 million immigrants to vote Labour. After secretly signing away immigration controls to Brussels, he has the power to finish off the job he started.

The Conservatives are the real enemy. To punish the Conservatives, we rewarded Labour and have sold the UK down the river.

Well done everyone!

We must turn the only EuSceptic party, the tories from trying to renegotiate to getting out. It is our only chance. All my Tory friends agree with me, they want to leave.

Bluemerle are you suggesting that UKIP goes back to being a Tory protest group

A lot of parties get accused of this spit the vote nonsense the Lib dems get accussed of it all the time, the referendum party certainly did in fact if you examin the figures people can see lots of what if senarios but facts are facts and the figures are figures

What UKIP should be fighting for campaining for is a much fairer way of Voting people shouldnt have to tactical vote in the 21st Century

Bernard, you seem to be under the inpression that the tories are an anti-eu party.

Well, there may be a goodly number of conservative MP's who are, but a bigger number who are very pro the eu. You can't 'negotiate'.

A vote for the tories is/was a vote for a party that has no clear mandate on where they stand regarding the eu issue.

Dispel yourself of the notion that the party you support is euro-sceptic. It is, regretfully, bollox.

Isnt it stated on the UKIP website that the EU constitution prevents any national government from "Re-negotiating" any section of EU law, if we sign up to that we will HAVE to toe the EU line, there will be no chance to have any effect on it

We cannot renegociate, we'd be outvoted every time with only a 1/24 share of the vote.

What we can do is to annul the Treaties (eg Maastricht, where we didn't know what we signed because nobody made an English translation) and Acts (like ECA1972) that got us in in the first place.

Then either draw up a new treaty or go off on our own.

Above, it says" Now he [Tony Blair] has the power to bring in another 2 million immigrants to vote Labour. After secretly signing away immigration controls to Brussels, he has the power to finish off the job he started."

All this type of stuff on immigration reminds me of what I would expect the National Front were saying in the 1970s. 2 million immigrants indeed. I was a child then, admittedly, but it just seems that way to me. Is this some kind of retro-cool nowadays, or something?.Is there something I've missed, or is it something missing from some other people?!. Is a statue to be erected to Martin Webster or John Tyndall in Trafalgar Square?. Perhaps we could even erect Hitler's Column!

No offence really meant, sort of.

Whats your POINT. See, someone talks about immigration, and you mention hitler and the national front, walk away saying you dont mean offence (sort of), and consider it a valid post. But i just wondered what your advocating; Listening to the national front?

Gareth.
