Norman Tebbit certainly "talks the talk" but I no longer trust the sincerity of anything he says. He is firmly in the global capitalist camp as he proved when the "family silver" was practically given away during privatization. Those assets belonged to the British people. He can smugly pontificate about the mess we now find ourselves in but he, and others like him, were prime movers in creating it.
