Third result in google for "UKIP"

Is the party intending to do anything about the site that currently appears third in a search for "UKIP" in Google?

I know that we looked at this when it first appeared, and the owner even posted here, but the site is really not a message that we want out there with a general election coming up. I know that Tony Bennett threatened legal action, but that is rarely the way to get a website shut down.

Mr Kilroy-Silk isn't even in UKIP, so it doesn't make sense anymore. Also, the video ends with a message, using the UKIP logo and the party name, which says:

"Our message to the European Union: we are coming for you, you bunch of f*cks."

Despite the disclaimer, this is clearly and deliberately attempting to smear the party. Surely this merits a formal complaint to the hosting company by the party?

I've never used it, but there is a 'whois' function built INTO phpbb_some search engines that will tell you details of who is the owner of a site. Others better qualified than I will know how to use the facility.

I already did all of that when the site first popped up.

I wrote to the guy asking that it be at least changed to Veritas now, seeing ask RKS has left. He ignored me though.
